Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration.Support employee engagement and labor relations initiatives when needed.Propose strategies to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in recruitment or HR administration (internship or 1+ year preferred).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
