As an HR/Admin. Intern, you will be tasked to do the following: Provide assistance to the Admin Officer and HR Manager To source job applicants from our available recruitment channels Invite and schedule job applicants for on-site or virtual initial interview Conduct job applicant initial interview Properly schedule and endorse applicants for final interview to hiring managers Assist in receiving pre-employment contracts and serving of employment contracts Facilitate deployment of new hirees to their respective departments Provide pre-employment requirement instructions to qualified candidates Create 201 file received pre-employment requirements Proper filing of documents or providing any clerical work for HR and Admin.
