🚨 WE’RE HIRING | 3D FAÇADE DRAFTSPERSON / REVIT MODELLER (FULL-TIME)Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka | Time: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri)Company: Smart Outsource | Client: Australian Façade Engineering ConsultancySmart Outsource is an Australian-owned offshore staffing provider connecting Bangladeshi talent with global engineering firms.We’re currently looking for a 3D Façade Draftsperson / Revit Modeller to join an Australian façade engineering consultancy through our Dhaka office.This role is ideal for Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural graduates with strong 3D modelling and technical drafting skills, passionate about façade systems, precision detailing, and international design standards.🔍 Key Responsibilities3D Modelling & CoordinationDevelop accurate 3D façade models including curtain walls, glazing systems, cladding, sunshades, louvres, and structural fixings.Coordinate façade geometry and interfaces with architectural and structural elements such as slabs, beams, columns, and window openings.Ensure dimensional precision, clean layer management, and parametric control in Revit.Façade Detailing & DocumentationPrepare comprehensive 2D/3D drawings including:Mullion, transom, and extrusion assembliesFixing and anchorage detailsInterface and junction details (head, sill, jamb, expansion joints)Shop drawings and fabrication-ready sheetsMaintain model-based schedules, tags, and references for internal QA.Design Input & Technical SupportInterpret engineers’ markups and structural notes for glazing thickness, wind load, and bracket sizing.Work closely with façade engineers to ensure constructability, drainage, and compliance with design intent.Detect and communicate design coordination issues proactively.Software & Workflow ManagementWork in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and optionally Rhino / Inventor / Navisworks.Manage Revit families, project templates, and drawing standards per QA requirements.Export and manage deliverables in DWG, PDF, IFC, and NWC formats for submission and coordination.🎓 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture (BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, MIST, NSU, BRAC, or equivalent).1–2 years of experience in façade drafting, architectural design, or building modelling (freshers with strong Revit skills are encouraged).Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.Solid understanding of façade systems (glass, aluminium, cladding, or steel).Familiarity with shop drawing and fabrication detailing.Strong eye for technical accuracy and visual presentation.🌟 Preferred SkillsExperience with Rhino, Inventor, or Navisworks for complex geometry modelling.Knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and façade system families.Understanding of Australian building codes and façade standards.Experience with unitised or stick curtain wall systems.🤝 Soft SkillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to precision drafting.Proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to handle deadlines.Ability to interpret technical inputs from engineers and architects effectively.🎁 What We OfferSalary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000/month (negotiable based on experience and skillset)Festival bonuses: Two per year (after probation)Annual salary review & performance rewardsProfessional development and training in Australian design standardsModern office environment: Dual monitors, licensed design softwareSubsidized lunch & snacksAnnual tour & team-building eventsGlobal exposure through collaboration with international façade engineers📍 Workplace: House 308, Lane 4, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka 1206 🕖 Office Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)📩 Apply Now!
