We guide clients from basic design concepts to complete implementation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect, located in Dhaka. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, creating interior designs, and managing interior fit-out and architecture projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing project implementation to ensure design integrity and quality.QualificationsStrong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project’s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and visual aesthetics for new interior or renovations.Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models (using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3dmax etc.)Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates.Education:Diploma in Architecture, or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Experience:2 to 4 yearsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm, Interior Design FirmEmployment Status: Full-timeWorkplace: Work at officeNo. of Vacancies: 3Location: 2 Probal Housing, Shyamoli Ring Road, Dhaka – 1207Send your CV and Portfolio to: career@urbanlayoutbd.com
