We're looking for a talented and versatile 3D Generalist to join our team in creating fun, colorful, and engaging animations for a baby and toddler-focused YouTube channel. If you're passionate about modeling, character creation, and animation. Love storytelling through playful, family-friendly visuals, this might be the perfect fit for you! Responsibilities:Model and texture 3D characters, props, and environments in a colorful, cartoony style suitable for babies and toddlersRig and animate characters (facial expressions, body movements, etc.)Work closely with the creative team to bring scripts and songs to life through engaging animationOptimize assets for performance and renderingMaintain consistent style and quality across episodesCollaborate with other artists when neededA strong understanding of visually appealing design choices, colors, shapes, and character expressions for babies and toddlers would be a plusRequirementsProficient in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animationFluent in EnglishExperience with tools like Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similarStrong understanding of character design and movement, especially for young audiencesAbility to animate expressive and appealing performancesFamiliarity with renderingAttention to detail, creativity, and a playful visual styleGood communication skills and ability to work with feedbackExperience in baby/kids content is a plus, but not required Bonus (not required but nice to have):Experience with 2D/3D hybrid stylesKnowledge of music-driven animation (e.g., nursery rhymes)Understanding of YouTube formats and pacingAbility to do basic compositing or edit final animationsBenefitsSalary $300-$450Work From HomePerformance Bonus
