You will not be doing space planning from scratch – your main job is to make the design look real and impressive in 3D. Clear, fluent English is required for communication.Key Responsibilities:* Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior renderings from 2D floor plans, sketches, and reference images* Convert architectural drawings into accurate 3D models with correct proportions and details* Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and shadows to match the design intent* Deliver still images (and short walkthroughs if you have that skill) in the required formats and resolutions* Make revisions based on feedback in a timely and accurate way* Communicate clearly in English via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email* Manage your time and meet project deadlinesRequirements:* Proven experience as a 3D Interior Rendering Specialist / 3D Visualizer* Strong portfolio of lifelike, photorealistic interior renderings* Ability to work from 2D floor plans and instructions with minimal hand-holding* Excellent written and spoken English* Advanced skills in one or more of the following (or similar) tools: * 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray * SketchUp * Blender * Lumion or Enscape* Solid understanding of: * Interior proportions, furniture placement, and basic design principles * Realistic lighting and shadows * How different materials (wood, metal, glass, fabric, stone, etc.) behave in lightNice to Have (optional):* Ability to create short 3D walkthrough or flythrough videos* Experience with exterior renderings as well* Familiarity with architectural and interior design terminologyHow to Apply:* Send your CV or resume* Include a link to your portfolio with interior renderings* Briefly list the software you use and your usual turnaround time for a standard room or space
