Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while positively contributing to transforming the world in which we live.#ShapingaWorldofTrustKey Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all tank construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and other related activities.Oversee the work of the EPC contractor, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure that construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.Ensure that all tank works are performed in accordance with approved designs, drawings, and project specifications.Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet the required standards and specifications.Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety on-site.Maintain detailed records of construction activities, including progress updates, delays, and corrective actions.Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation measures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure effective coordination of construction activities.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.8-12 years of experience in tank manufacturing and construction supervision, with a focus on petrochemical or similar projects. Proven experience in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of tank construction processes, materials, and international standards.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder coordination.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic project environment.
