You will oversee the daily running of the store and ensure that we operate at a premium level always creating world-class experiences for our customers. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.About YouExperience in managing a team in a high-volume turnover storeExceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of the customer experience, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences! Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targetsAbility to coach and develop the team at an individual levelExposure to large stock volumes and stock management AttributesMature minded, motivated, and committed to being a leaderQuick thinking, with an adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environmentAn entrepreneurial spirit who seeks out opportunities to disrupt the market“Best in the world” mindset.
