Summary : The Packer is responsible for packing finished printed materials to meet customer specifications, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and supporting the smooth flow of work in the cutting department.

This position plays a critical role in the final stage of production by preparing completed jobs for shipment or delivery, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently. Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8: 00 AM – 4: 30 PM, or similar. This is an in-person position. Training may occur at other times. Salary Range: $19. 00 To 20. 00 HourlyCompensation Commensurate With Experience. At this time, we are not engaging with agencies or third-party recruiters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Consistently weigh and jog (lifting) 25–30 lb paper to ensure proper alignment and preparation for cutting operationsMaintain a constant flow of product to the cutting section cutters Liaise and work closely with cutter operators with using good communication and judgmentArrange incoming batches to ensure an efficient workflow Maintain and update the cutting logChange out and move waste product and recycle receptacles in the cutting areasSupport other co-workers as required3UseReport all work-related injuries, illnesses, and/or near misses to management immediatelyComplete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of safety hazards Report workplace hazards to management immediatelyWear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when requiredReport all work-related injuries, illnesses, and/or near misses to management immediatelyFollow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulationsRegularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s)Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environmentAttend all department/company meetingsOther duties as assigned For an extensive list of responsibilities, duties and physical demands/work environment please refer to the attached Job Description.

Experience And QualificationsEDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES: High School Diploma or GED equivalency; or six-months to one-year related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferredCRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read and comprehend job assignment tickets and customer instructional specificationsBasic computer knowledge Effectively communicate with all members of the organization Excellent attention to detailQuality, production, and team orientedMechanically inclined Ability to adapt to schedule changes based on the needs of productionAbility to cross train and work in other departments and/or machines 4over LLC Company History:
