We aim to deliver exceptional travel experiences tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Incoming Manager based in Baku.
The Incoming Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing incoming travel services, coordinating with hotels, transport services, and other travel partners, and creating and managing travel itineraries. Key tasks include supervising a team, handling customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and handling any issues that arise during the clients' travel. The role also involves negotiating deals with vendors and continuously improving service quality.
Qualifications Experience in managing and overseeing travel services, including hotel bookings, transportation, and toursStrong organizational and coordination skills, capable of creating and managing travel itinerariesExcellent customer service skills with an ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectivelyTeam management and leadership skillsNegotiation skills for dealing with vendors and partners in the travel industryProficiency in multiple languages is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
