KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive HSSE engagement & compliance on shift.

Conduct HSSE audits and reviewsEnsure all incidents and near misses are reported and investigated and their root cause eliminated. Communicate to and train employees in HSSE processes, equipment and how to carry out their role safely ensuring training records are in place. Oversees the receipt and shipping of all inbound/ outboundThis position is responsible for organizing and scheduling the workflow for the operations. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership. This role owns vendor experience in the warehouse organization. Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations.

Understands customer KPIs and how to manage process flows to ensure delivery. Builds a strong relationship with customer representatives on site and demonstrate strong customer services skillsConducts daily & weekly status meetings with management team to review prior day’s performance and to develop action plan for current day. Conducts observations to identify areas for change; conducts analyses to develop action plans to address operational and employee gapsFully supports the delivery of the site communication and engagement plan taking an active role in events and activities.

Reviews trends that indicate possible gaps in inbound/ outbound functions and makes recommendations based on findings. Operates as the most senior person on site out of normal office hoursAssign Warehouse Associates to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedulesEnsure the highest level of inventory accuracy possibleOTHE RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety PerformanceEmployee communication and engagement for relevant teamsInbound / Outbound operational delivery, inventory against Customer requirementsProductivity & Quality, Timeliness of DeliveryWellness and Wellbeing of teamMetrics and billing data accuracySKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Very organized, proactive and dynamicPrioritization capabilities understanding of the warehousingStrong execution mindset.
