This role will be responsible for accuracy of inventory and quality assurance on site and will build the strategy to drive and maintain strong performance with an operational excellence mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive HSSE engagement & compliance on shift.

Conduct HSSE audits and reviewsEnsure all incidents and near misses are reported and investigated and their root cause eliminated. Communicate to and train employees in HSSE processes, equipment and how to carry out their role safely ensuring training records are in place. Oversees the receipt and shipping of all inbound/ outboundThis position is responsible for organizing and scheduling the workflow for the operations. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership. This role owns vendor experience in the warehouse organization. Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations.

Understands customer KPIs and how to manage process flows to ensure delivery. Builds a strong relationship with customer representatives on site and demonstrate strong customer services skillsConducts daily & weekly status meetings with management team to review prior day’s performance and to develop action plan for current day. Conducts observations to identify areas for change; conducts analyses to develop action plans to address operational and employee gapsFully supports the delivery of the site communication and engagement plan taking an active role in events and activities.

Reviews trends that indicate possible gaps in inbound/ outbound functions and makes recommendations based on findings.
