🧭 About the RoleAs a Business Analyst at Aaratech Inc, you will work with diverse enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and IT modernization projects. You’ll be responsible for requirement gathering, process analysis, and serving as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Depending on the project, you may work in agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments, helping deliver scalable, user-centric technology solutions across industries.
🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and technical specificationsFacilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with business and IT teamsConduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process modeling using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw. ioPartner with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UX/UI, and product ownersSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and change managementPrepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and other project documentationEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project governance✅ Required Skills & Experience3+ years of Business Analysis experience in any of the following industries:
