Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The key purpose for this role is to lead and facilitate the brewing materials team in order to meet production requirements whilst maintaining a safe work environment. Manage all brewing inventory and ensure physical and system stock are aligned. Ensure timely processing of all brewing flow centric jobs. Roles & Responsibilities:

Capture brewing performance dataPrepare reportsPrepare the daily downtime analysis and raw materials consumptionFlowcentric job processingControl of printing and stationary for brewingDo stock take of all brewing raw materials, chemicals and sundries with stores and reconcile to brewing reportsReceive stock in Syspro and issue to shift team leaders for productionIssue stocks in Syspro to warehouseCommunicate effectively in the workplaceContribute to self and team developmentKey Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsFinancial inclinationAbility to plan and co-ordinateAbility to work under pressure with concern for detail and correctnessHigh energy levelsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsGood problem solving and analytical abilityFlexible, innovative and adaptableMinimum Requirements: Min – Grade 12 with Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Procurement or related field2-3 year experience in a similar roleComputer literate (MS Office and SYSPRO, FLOWCENTRIC)Understanding of brewing materials and brewing process would be an added advantageAdditional Information: Band: VIIIAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
