Our multinational Partner is looking for aSAP ABAP Developer to join their teamJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SAP ABAP Developer to join our multinational Partner’s team and support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP solutions in a complex, global corporate environment.This role involves working across multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with international teams, and addressing critical business demands with a strong focus on technical excellence and results.Job Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP (ABAP / FIORI / S4 RAP) solutions, including SmartForms, reports, enhancements, and user exits.• Analyze and resolve critical production issues with speed and efficiency.• Apply SAP Notes and provide technical support during system updates and corrections.• Support rollout and continuous improvement projects, including international initiatives (e.g., Mexico, Europe).• Lead technical process improvement initiatives and proactively propose innovative solutions.• Assist the team with complex debugging, troubleshooting, and in-depth technical analysis.• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews), providing clear status updates and task direction.• Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.• Collaborate with global development teams (e.g. Curitiba, Bangkok) and adopt new tools and best practices.• Document technical deliverables clearly and keep stakeholders informed of progress.Required Technical Skills:• Proven 2+ years of experience in SAP (ABAP / FIORI / S4 RAP) development in enterprise environments.• IT degree preferred, but not mandatory.• Strong knowledge of SmartForms, reports, enhancements, and user exits.• Experience with SAP Notes and system upgrades.• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.• Fluent in English (written and spoken).• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and urgency.• Adaptability to changing teams, leadership, and project scopes.• Informal leadership skills and ability to mentor peers.Desired Skills:• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.• Participation in international training programs.• Recognition from external stakeholders for technical and collaborative excellence.• Demonstrated track record of continuous professional growth and maturity.
