We are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy to play a key role in driving strategic growth and sector development at Abu Dhabi Airports Freezone. This is a high-impact role supporting the SVP of Real Estate in executing a bold, forward-thinking vision for ADAFZ. You’ll lead market intelligence efforts, develop sector strategies, and support key investment initiatives to position ADAFZ as a premier destination for global investors. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze global trends, FDI flows, and competitor activity to identify high-potential sectorsProvide data-driven recommendations for land use, sector prioritization, and investment strategyConduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment risks and opportunitiesDevelop strategic briefs and insights to support investor targeting and stakeholder engagementCollaborate cross-functionally with commercial, planning, legal, and finance teamsContribute to master planning efforts and ecosystem development initiativesRepresent ADAFZ in forums with government entities, regulators, and sector partnersTrack KPIs, maintain dashboards, and support executive decision-makingWho We're Looking For:
6–8 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, or investment promotionPrior exposure to free zones, industrial real estate, or economic development preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Urban Planning, or related fieldsMaster’s degree (MBA, Strategy, or equivalent) is a plusStrong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic communication skillsDeep understanding of UAE economic strategy, regulatory frameworks, and investor dynamicsProven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholdersWhy Join Us?
