Job Purpose: Lead and manage a sales team for lubricants in the UAE, overseeing sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations for various sectors (retail, commercial, government, etc. ). Increase brand market share, manage client relationships, and stay aware of competitor activities. Principal Accountabilities: Lead and train the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met. Manage sales, financial performance, and staff operations. Handle customer relationships, technical presentations, and tender bids. Monitor and report monthly and yearly performance. Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to meet customer needs. Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction through product quality, support, and delivery.
Manage pricing and sales forecasts. Financial and Operational Responsibilities: Review OPEX and CAPEX for budget optimization. Oversee credit policies and manage customer credit limits. Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on overdue amounts. Manage annual sales and contribution margin budget. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 8-10 years of relevant managerial experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid UAE driving license. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of lubricants and market competition. Analytical skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
