This is a leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive results on high-profile jobsites. Key Responsibilities:
β Oversee all phases of landscape construction projectsβfrom pre-construction to closeout β Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, materials, and on-site crews β Collaborate with clients, landscape architects, consultants, and internal teams β Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec β Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards β Lead regular site meetings and provide accurate progress reportsQualifications: β Minimum 8 years of experience managing landscape construction projects β In-depth knowledge of hardscape, softscape, grading, irrigation, lighting, and drainage systems β Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills β Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently β Proficient in project management software (e. g.
, MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend) β Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferredβ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
