Academic Manager

ABOUT THE COMPANY:A leading international education organization providing comprehensive study abroad and scholarship consulting services for students aiming to study in top global destinations.With a mission to empower Vietnamese students to access world-class education and achieve their academic goals, the company has built strong partnerships with universities across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Manager to join the team and take charge of academic advising, training, and quality management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1 . Academic Counseling & Student Orientation:Evaluate students’ profiles (GPA, English level, extracurriculars, study goals).Provide personalized study plans, program recommendations, and admission guidance.Advise students on essay development, GPA improvement, and standardized test strategies.2 . Application & Scholarship Management:Build and monitor application and scholarship timelines.Review and refine application documents (SOP, essay, resume, portfolio).Support students with scholarship essays, interviews, and university correspondence.3 . Academic Operations & Quality Control:Train and mentor academic consultants on international admission procedures.Develop and maintain academic guidelines and quality standards.Ensure consistency and accuracy in all advising and communication processes.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, International Studies, or related fields.2–5 years’ experience in education consulting or study abroad advising.Strong understanding of global admission and scholarship processes.Study-abroad background (US/UK/Canada/Australia/Singapore/EU) is a plus.Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).Strong analytical, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.BENEFITS:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Professional and international working environment.Training with partner universities and growth into senior leadership roles.Clear career path: Senior Academic Manager → Head of Academic → Academic Director.LOCATION:District 1, HCMC.
