You will manage complex enterprise sales cycles, working cross-functionally with account teams, partners, and senior leadership to deliver strategic business outcomes and measurable value.This role demands a combination of strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of business processes, and expert knowledge of SAP’s cloud portfolio. You are a trusted advisor to your clients, a creative deal strategist, and a collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, consultative environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle across Cloud Subscription and Software License opportunities – from demand generation to deal closure.Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans that clearly articulate the value proposition.Collaborate closely with the extended account team to drive joint campaigns and ensure seamless customer engagement.Identify and drive cross-sell, up-sell, and Move/Expand opportunities within existing accounts.Advise customers on business models, operating strategies, and end-to-end business process optimization.Maintain sales excellence through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM best practicesQualifications & ExperienceFunctional ExperienceMinimum 8+ years of experience in business software or IT solution sales.Proven track record in enterprise-level, complex sales cycles and consistent quota achievement.Strong knowledge of SAP’s solution portfolio (including RISE, Cloud ERP, Services, and Support).Demonstrated success in large transactions and long sales cycles within a competitive and consultative market.Understanding of financial, regulatory, and competitive environments (as applicable)SAP-Specific KnowledgeDeep expertise in SAP’s solution portfolio and the value it drives for customers.Broad understanding of SAP’s business process landscape with in-depth knowledge in at least one Line of Business (LoB).Strong relationships across SAP Market Unit leadership, account teams, and industry groups are a plus.Ability to align with product and solution management teams to ensure strategic consistency and customer successSoft SkillsExceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to connect ideas to execution.Strong executive presence and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.Highly results-driven with a growth mindset and resilience under pressureWhy Join SAPAt SAP, you’ll be part of a global organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
