We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the nuclear sector. We are now looking for an Account Manager – Nuclear to help drive development and growth within these sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Manager – Nuclear, you will:Manage key customer accounts where ABB has installed systems and solutions.Lead sales efforts for the modernization and expansion of existing automation and digitalization solutions.Shape the future of automation in the nuclear industries.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including greenfield factory setups and upgrades to production equipment.Act as the primary point of contact between customers and ABB, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with support from internal engineering teams.Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization, from executive leadership to production staff.Collaborate with ABB teams to deliver compliant solutions that meet the nuclear industry standards.Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance in nuclear and other regulated environments.Represent ABB at industry events, seminars, and customer meetings.Assemble and lead internal capture teams to drive customer value and long-term partnerships.Qualifications For The RoleUniversity degree in engineering or equivalent.Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within Nuclear or another highly regulated industry.Solid understanding of validated environments and applicable regulatory frameworks.Ability to communicate technical solutions in terms of customer value and business impact.Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build long-term professional relationships.Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.Willingness to travel and possession of a valid B driver’s license.What’s In It For YouWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
