Oxford International Study Centre (OISC) is seeking an Accommodation Manager to join our dedicated team for our College in the heart of Oxford. This key role requires someone who combines exceptional organisation skills with genuine care for people. Ideally, we are looking for a professional who takes pride in high standards, smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment for every student who joins us.The successful candidate will bring both structure and empathy to the role, ensuring our accommodation services run efficiently while maintaining the warmth and professionalism that define OISC.Main Responsibilities-         Oversee all aspects of student accommodation, including host families and the residence-         Ensure that all placements meet our quality, health and safety, and safeguarding standards-         Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and hosts, handling queries with professionalism and discretion-         Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate documentation-         Coordinate closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student experienceEssential Skills & Experience-         Proven experience in accommodation management, hospitality, or a similar administrative role-         Excellent communication and organisational skills-         Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly-         A professional yet approachable manner when dealing with students and partners-         Commitment to maintaining high standards and compliance -         Experience working with host families and international students is highly desirable.Why Join OISC?You’ll become part of a small, dynamic team where excellence, collaboration, and care are at the heart of what we do.
