However, if you love bringing order to chaos, inventively solving problems, and prioritizing your own path within ambiguity, then you're likely to love it here.RequirementsAs a Salesforce Business Analyst, reporting into the Salesforce Architecture Manager, you role will be primarily responsible for supporting end users, driving adoption, ensuring strong data governance, and enabling process improvements for our stakeholders through the Salesforce tech stack and related ecosystem. You will need to have analytical, functional, and technical skills, along with best practice knowledge for using Salesforce technologies and clouds to provide positive business outcomes. Moreover, your role will require excellent communication skills as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product.ResponsibilitiesSolution design and implementation - primarily focused on Salesforce, across multiple projects, involving cross-functional groups, departments, and external vendorsPerform complex business and system analysis work to optimise business processes through designing and implementing end-to-end user-centric solutions supporting business requirementsDocument detailed diagrams of the current and future state business problem, user stories and requirements, as well as identifying gaps, and discover new opportunities for automationTranslate functional business problems into technical requirements that align with industry best practices and support business goalsResearch and promote business workflow and technology discussions, and make appropriate recommendations to improve efficiency and end-user experienceCreate and present proposed solution designs clearly via diagrams, presentations, and verbally to the business stakeholdersFacilitate requirement gathering sessions, solution proposal presentations, feature demonstrations, and support end-user acceptance testing sessions with employeesPropose solutions that optimise Salesforce system performance, increase adoption of Salesforce and improve user experienceMeasure the productivity impacts, improvements, and other key metrics changes because of the implementation of new processes and technologiesPerform post-project go-live support to ensure adoption and successful change managementMaintain business documentationRequired Skills5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystAbility to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designsFamiliarity and experience working in a variety of business solutions.
