The group's collaborative business model fosters long-term partnerships, innovation, and sustainable growth.The team is currently hiring an Accounts Assistant to be based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and you will be a key participant within a small focused Accounting Team, participating in a full range of accounting and financial management functions for a diverse portfolio of entities in the insurance and risk sector.ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the probation period, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Kuala Lumpur time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable processes using CONCUR and ensure timely, accurate transactions.Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliation while maintaining the integrity of client financial records.Support the preparation of BAS, FBT, and other statutory reporting requirements.Assist in budgeting activities and provide audit support, including extracting data from ERP systems, banks, and CONCUR.Liaise with auditors and broker clients to facilitate smooth financial operations and reportingSkills, Experience & QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any equivalent.
