Our team prioritizes uncovering opportunities tailored to the unique goals of our clients.Job Description - Digital Marketing Executive (Malaysia-JB)Digital Campaign Management: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms to promote accounting, corporate secretarial, tax, and advisory services.Website & Content Management: Manage the company website, update service pages, blog articles, banners, and ensure SEO optimisation for lead generation.Social Media & Branding: Create compelling content to build brand awareness, attract corporate clients, and position the firm as an industry leader.E-Platform Management: Oversee enquiries from website and digital platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and online directories. Ensure information is accurate and up to date.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, digital behaviour, government grants, and regulatory updates to craft timely marketing messages.Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, track lead conversions, and generate reports to improve marketing effectiveness.Perform any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.QualificationsProficiency in Marketing and Communication to develop effective campaigns and collaborate with internal teams.Skills in Social Media Marketing and Web Content Writing for managing platforms and creating engaging content.Experience with Web Analytics to track and interpret performance metrics for optimization.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple initiatives.Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing tools is an added advantage.Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.Adaptability to evolving digital marketing trends and the ability to leverage them effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Experience in a similar role or within a corporate environment is a plus.Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
