It takes true insight to move people at the human level — in a powerful, lasting way.Because how you move people moves your business for good.The RoleThe Account Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of administrative and operational tasks across the client and craft team. This is a hybrid role providing essential support for media planning and buying across all channels. The Account Co-ordinator also supports the client service delivery and plays a key role in providing accurate reporting for internal and client needs. What you’ll be doingProvide administrative support to the client team, ensuring the smooth execution of campaignsAssist with media planning and buying across various formats and mediumsEnsure accurate reporting for internal and client needs, maintaining meticulous recordsManage material instructions, ensuring they are correct and distributed in a timely mannerHelp with financial management tasks related to campaignsAssist with booking media across all platformsProvide accurate and timely data entry of campaignsPost-match all TV campaigns weeklySupport team on day-to-day tasksAssist with digital ad ops and traffickingHandle ad hoc requests from team members and clientsWhat you can bringA Bachelors degree is preferred, ideally in media, advertising, or a related field but definitely not essentialProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Relevant internship experience a plus!Strong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective written and verbal communicationWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and positive attitudeWhat we can offerBe a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world’s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
