About The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Community Manager to join our newest over 50's lifestyle community, Vantage Bloomdale, located in Diggers Rest. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the start and the heart of shaping a thriving community from the ground up.In This Role You WillManage and oversee day to day operations of the communityRepresent Vantage Bloomdale as the face of the community and act as first point of contact for all current and future residents, escalating matters as requiredEnsure all community-documentation, Homeowner records and information systems are maintained current and accurateEnsure that the community is operating within all compliance and regulatory requirementsWork closely with the Operations Manager to manage operations within budgetEngage contractors/service providers in line with company procedures to ensure the community facilities are maintained to a high standardSupport our Development, Marketing and Sales teams with events and admin support as requiredSkills and experienceStrong administration, a passion for customer service and great attention to detail are essential.
