Acclime in looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Payroll Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Payroll Services Team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for clients across Australia. You will oversee quality service delivery, manage onboarding of new clients, and drives continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Operations & ComplianceOversee day-to-day management of the Payroll Services Team.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, PAYG, superannuation, and related obligations.Manage payroll software platform requirements and updates.Calculate and process terminations, redundancies, and dismissals as required.Ensure compliance with leave entitlements, IAS, Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation renewals.Liaise with the ATO on payroll related mattersPrepare funding requests for payroll where trust or client accounts are maintained.Obtain client approvals for payroll and payment runs; arrange payments via Acclime trust account.Complete client work within budgeted time and report out-of-scope work.Review and ensure clients are billed regularly for payroll services.Maintain databases and tracking tools for payroll operations.Client Onboarding & Service DeliveryManage onboarding of new clients, including payroll system setup and employee data configuration.Assist in preparing proposals for new clients.Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Team Leadership & DevelopmentTrain and develop payroll officers to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions.Support management initiatives to improve internal systems and process efficiencies.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Administrative & Ad Hoc DutiesSupport management with reporting and compliance requirements.Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.Support BD team with payroll prospects queries and meetingsWhat are we looking for?
