A leading independent agency is seeking an Account Director to oversee integrated campaigns across brand, creative, PR, social, and production. As a key partner to senior clients and internal leadership, this individual will guide strategic direction, manage cross-functional teams, protect profitability, and ensure every piece of work is thoughtful, effective, and commercially sound. Their leadership will influence not only campaign outcomes, but also the culture, standards, andambition of the teams around them.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute operator who brings clarity to complexity and ambition to every brief. The Account Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently shaping conversations, challenging thinking, and uncovering opportunities that elevate both creative output and business performance. At the same time, they will invest in team development, building high-performing teams by growing talent, strengthening capability, and creating an environment where ambitious work can thrive.The RoleLead the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns from brand planning and creative development through production and post-campaign evaluation.Oversee cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production, PR, social), ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at a consistently high standard.Act as the primary strategic partner to clients' challenging briefs, identifying opportunities, and guiding conversations that elevate the work.Own account profitability, including scoping, forecasting, fee management, resourcing, and full P&L oversight.Manage risk and resolve client challenges efficiently, maintaining trust while protecting commercial outcomes.Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth, accountability, and a culture of ambitious, thoughtful delivery.The Ideal CandidateA natural strategic influencer who shapes client decisions with clarity, confidence, and credibility.Commercially astute, with strong financial oversight and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks early.Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts, teams, and priorities simultaneously.An inspiring team leader who champions wellbeing while driving high performance and accountability.Culturally curious and creatively ambitious, with the energy and drive to push work beyond the expected.Title: Account DirectorWorkplace Type: HybridLocation(s): LA or NYCSalary: $115,000-$135,000At Monday Talent, we understand that not everyone has had the same opportunities to gain experience and develop their skills.
