Long term client retention, with deep of understanding of ICP. Market Opportunity:Over 3,100 potential prospecting companies identified across APAC region, indicating a mature and competitive landscape.APAC governments allocating $25+ billion for digital infrastructure creating a demand for field service solutions. Expectation:Develop and execute strategic territory plans focused on Local and State Government and Healthcare organisations across ANZ.Lead and manage complex procurement cycles, including RFP responses for enterprise-level solutions.Grow market presence by expanding within existing public sector accounts and systematically acquiring new customers.Collaborate closely with the overseas team to define and implement the go-to-market strategy for the ANZ region.Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.About You: 5+ years’ experience selling SaaS solutions into Local & State Government and Healthcare sectors across Australia and New Zealand.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ARR targets through both account expansion and new logo acquisition.Strong public sector expertise, including success in winning government tenders and managing large-scale RFP processes.Skilled in building pipeline, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and driving long-term client success.Value-based selling: Expert at diagnosing customer challenges and delivering solutions that demonstrate tangible ROI.MEDDPICC proficiency: Applies proven qualification frameworks to effectively progress and close opportunities.Compensation:Salary - Up to $370K OTE (50/50)
