You will provide strategic insight and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects that improve service delivery and operational performance by providing leadership and guidance to a diverse team. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to review and analyse business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify opportunities for change, deliver innovative solutions, and drive transformation initiatives that lead to measurable business improvements.In This Role, You WillProvide leadership and direction to staff in Business Analysis and effectively manage agreed service outcomes to ensure successful delivery and foster a performance-based, innovative, responsive, and customer-focused work culture.Provide expert advice using modern best-practice techniques on the feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to optimise business performance.Lead and support critical IT projects, including planning and delivery across a portfolio of complex initiatives.Provide leadership and coaching to staff while managing operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and maintain an accountable, customer-focused culture.Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, information exchange, and effective issues management, influencing outcomes and strengthening partnerships.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has extensive experience and a proven track record in leading the review and analysis of critical or highly complex enterprise processes or services within a large and complex service industry organisation, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.Demonstrates expertise in improving business performance through innovative business analysis solutions.Brings extensive experience in analysing, testing, and maintaining service management systems, as well as delivering complex project outcomes on time and to the highest quality standards, including the ability to identify and manage risks effectively.Need more information?Position descriptionFind out how we hire at eHealth NSW Check out our diversity and inclusion commitment Learn more about us at eHealth NSWWorking at eHealthBenefitsOur people are at the heart of who we are.
