We are hiring an Account Executive to drive growth across pharmaceutical and biotech organisations for a high impact SaaS platform used in research and clinical development. The role blends new logo acquisition with long term account growth, working closely with scientific, clinical and commercial teams inside major biopharma groups.This role suits someone who understands how digital tools support pathology, research or drug development, and is confident managing complex sales with multiple technical stakeholders. Consistent quota achievement is essential.What you will do• Open new pharmaceutical and biotech accounts across targeted regions• Manage full cycle sales from first outreach through contract close• Grow existing relationships through renewals and multi team expansion• Deliver tailored product walk throughs for research, pathology and clinical buyers• Build accurate quarterly forecasts with structured pipeline management• Partner with product, science and customer teams to address client needsWhat we are looking for• Experience selling into pharmaceutical or biotech organisations• Proven record of hitting or exceeding annual quota• Strong understanding of scientific or pathology workflows• Ability to explain technical concepts to mixed audiences• Confidence managing long sales cycles and multi decision maker processes
