Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive high value growth across our logistics and fulfillment network. This role is built for a proven salesperson who can open doors with enterprise brands, build strong relationships, manage complex deals and close consistently.You will work closely with our founder and leadership team to target fast growing brands to help fulfill their orders. Your job is to generate qualified pipeline, move deals through a clear sales process and bring in multi year revenue opportunities.You must be confident speaking with operators, Director of Supply Chain, COOs and founders. You must know how to run a clean discovery call, build trust quickly and present solutions with clarity. This is a high autonomy role with high expectations for output, quality and speed.What You Will DoOwn outbound and inbound sales for mid market deals Run discovery calls, build business cases and deliver pricing proposalsManage the full sales cycle from lead to closeWork closely with marketing to align campaigns and target listsBuild strong relationships with agencies, partners and resellersMaintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecastingCollaborate with operations and onboarding teams during handoffIdentify new verticals, markets and opportunities for expansionRepresent the company at events, conferences and partner meetupsMaintain high activity levels and consistent follow throughReport weekly sales metrics and performance against targetsWhat You BringProven success in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, fulfillment or shippingExperience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholdersTrack record of $1,000,000+ or more in annual revenue closedAbility to run structured discovery and identify real pain pointsStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to manage a clean pipeline and follow a defined processConfidence speaking with executives and founder led companiesHigh ownership mentality and comfort with fast moving environmentsStrong writing skills for follow ups, proposals and sales emailsA competitive mindset with a deep drive to winWho Succeeds in This RolePeople who take initiative without waiting for directionSellers who enjoy the challenge of outbound and relationship buildingIndividuals who thrive in founder led companies with high expectationsSellers who can stay organized, operate with clarity and close consistentlyHow to ApplyInclude your resume and a short note describing one deal you are most proud of, the size of the deal and how you won it.
