HIRING: Executive Assistant & Administrative CoordinatorFull-time | Remote in the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT)Salary: 80K–100K + equityI’m supporting a fast-growing tech team who are looking for an Executive Assistant who loves structure, can keep senior leaders organised, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.You’ll work closely with the founding team on:Complex diary managementTravel planning (US + international)Inbox management and correspondenceTracking invoices, receipts, and compliance docsOnboarding support for new hiresKeeping projects moving and coordinating across teamsExperience needed: Held EA or Operations itles Worked in startups between Seed and Series B Exposure to crypto or DeFi is a strong plusConfident with Google Workspace, DocuSign, HR tools and invoice management systemsVery comfortable moving across digital systems and picking up new toolsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh discretion with sensitive or confidential informationDetail oriented with reliable follow throughBased in the Tri State areaHappy in a fast moving and sometimes messy founder led environmentThey’re a small, sharp, remote-first team building financial infrastructure products. Ideal if you’ve supported founders or senior execs before and enjoy owning operations end to end.
