トランスパーフェクトは世界各地に140以上の拠点を展開し、高品質な言語ソリューションを提供しています。現在大阪オフィスで、新規営業と既存営業を行う Account Executive を募集しております。語学力を生かしてグローバルに活躍されたい方、ぜひご応募ください。【業務内容】Aggressively target new markets and contacts (up to and including C level executives) to increase company client baseDisplay skill at independent lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and closingCreatively problem-solve to improve current new business development strategyAct as primary contact for all clients within a prescribed territoryStrategize the most efficient process for generating business within the territoryCoordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales to continuously grow Sales revenueBe responsible for all revenue generated within the assigned territoryBe knowledgeable about prospective clients specifically as well as general industry knowledgeCreate and update accurate spreadsheets of prospective and current client informationGenerate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated and accurate spreadsheetsCold call prospective clientsAttend trade shows, conferences, events, and functions relating to the industry in order to develop contacts and leadsUtilize social skills and standing to best represent TransPerfect in order to make a positive impressions on prospective clientsConstantly represent TransPerfect to all existing contacts to best create a positive brand and generate interest through word-of-mouth marketing strategiesLiaise with Production to improve workflow and ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect productProvide feedback regarding Project Managers and Quality Managers within ProductionBe responsible for all account management within individual territoryMaintain a professional demeanor at all times with existing and prospective clientsImprove professional relationships to focus on larger volume projects and contractual agreements with clientsEnter new jobs into the “Jobs Database”Create and deliver accurate and complete Job Toolkits, using TransPerfect’s existing templateNegotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clientsEducate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process including TransPerfect’s rates, justification for turnaround time and competitors’ informationBill completed jobs in a timely fashionConsistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer serviceInvestigate with Production any claims of poor quality or questions from clients after a translation has been completedNegotiate appropriate measures with clients in the face of quality and timeliness issuesForward all customer feedback to Production and managementUtilize management skills to improve various process within and between Sales and ProductionAggressively pursue due and overdue unpaid revenue from clients via phone calls, letters and other creative methods to make certain that clients pay in a timely mannerBe an expert in the translation industry including leaders, competitive data, proposal formats, competitive rates and marketing strategies and well as local competitorsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor【インターナショナルな営業チーム】トランスパーフェクトの営業チームは20~50代、インターナショナルなバックグラウンドを持った社員がほとんどです。ご入社後まずは営業活動に注力していただきますが、将来的にチームのマネジメントをお願いする可能性もあります。【若手が活躍できる環境】海外オフィスではマネジャーとして活躍している若手の社員が多くいます。30代でVPとして活躍している社員もおり、年齢にとらわれず"頑張った人が適正に評価される"環境がグローバル全体で整っています。【基本的な採用プロセス - 3~4週間】人事面接(日本語)→ オフィス面接(日本語)→ 海外マネジャー面接(英語、2回)およびオンライン適性試験→最終オンライン面接(英語)【年収・給与】年俸制:経験に応じて、ベース+コミッション制社会保険完備交通費支給(月額上限3万円)【必須条件】日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル社内コミュニケーション(ミーティング、トレーニング等)で英語を使用します。法人営業経験2~3年以上大卒もしくは同等の資格問題解決能力および分析力社交的で人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方前向きでプレッシャーに強い方タイムマネジメントやマルチタスクが得意な方【労働時間および休日】月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇【契約形態】1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。【その他】- オフィス内完全禁煙【所在地】大阪市北区梅田1丁目13番1号 大阪梅田ツインタワーズ・サウス 15階
