Based in Dubai, we’re dedicated to fostering creativity and innovation in the talent management sphere.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Account Executive to join our growing team.In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our creators, brand partners, and internal teams - ensuring that every collaboration, campaign, and project runs seamlessly from concept to execution.You’ll manage relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute strategically to how we build and amplify our creators’ influence across industries.This is a hybrid, contract-based role based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote collaboration.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for creators and brand partners, ensuring alignment across all projects.Manage client relationships with empathy, insight, and precision - balancing creative ambition with operational excellence.Collaborate closely with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns, events, and partnerships.Track deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting - ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.Identify new opportunities and contribute ideas that elevate our creators and partners beyond the conventional.Support senior management in developing long-term relationship strategies and revenue growth initiatives.Qualifications2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role (experience in talent, media, or creative industries is a plus).Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’re articulate, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.A proactive, adaptable mindset - comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or entertainment partnerships preferred.Must be based in Dubai
