Our Indian operations are headquartered in Navi Mumbai with a strong nationwide Sales & Service network.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementUpdate and maintain accurate inventory records in Zoho .Perform regular stock reconciliation to match physical stock with system data.Track stock movement, stock availability, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.Assist in preparing inventory reports and ensuring correct cost entries.Order ProcessingProcess sales orders: verify pricing, discounts, customer details, tax calculations, and product availability.Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for timely order execution.Support in resolving order-related issues or discrepancies.Maintain proper documentation and tracking for all processed orders.Purchase ManagementCreate and maintain purchase orders, verify supplier details, pricing, and delivery timelines.Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations and timely deliveries.Ensure accurate posting of purchase invoices in Zoho Books.Assist in tracking outstanding POs, delivery delays, and vendor follow-ups.Import Purchase SupportHandle import-related documentation like BOE, packing lists, invoices, etc.Assist in calculating landed cost, customs duties, taxes, and foreign exchange considerations.Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and suppliers for import-related tasks.Accounting & ComplianceBook vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments in Zoho .Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Perform bank reconciliation and maintain records of payments/outstandings.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other accounting guidelines.Maintain organized financial and transactional records for audit purposes.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.Experience: 4+ years in accounting, inventory handling, order processing, or purchase operations.Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Zoho Books, especially inventory, sales orders, and purchase modules.Strong understanding of GST & TDS basics.Good knowledge of import documentation and cost calculation (preferred).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.Skills: invoice,order processing,inventory accounting,account reconciliation,zoho,communication skills,sales order,purchase order finance,accountants,gst
