We are looking for an A-player Account Executive who is obsessed with winning, thrives in high-performance environments, and wants to be surrounded by other top performers. This is a role for someone who takes pride in excellence, owns their outcomes, and wants to play a defining role in shaping a rocket-ship company.What You Will Do:Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to discovery, demos, technical conversations, and closing new business.Manage complex 5- and 6-figure deals with multiple stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Finance.Clearly articulate HeyMilos differentiators and how we outperform competitors in real-world evaluations.Lead strategic conversations with TA leaders, Recruiting Directors, HR executives, and leaders across staffing agencies, BPOs, and mid-to-large corporates.Understand customer workflows, hiring volumes, and pain points to drive urgency and ROI-focused decisions.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes.Stay ahead of trends across HR tech, recruiting automation, AI screening, and the talent ecosystem.Execute with speed, accountability, and a bias for action to help capture market share in a rapidly expanding category.Who You Are:A top performer who consistently hits and exceeds quotas and holds themselves to the highest standard.A strong full-cycle seller who can independently run outbound, discovery, demos, solution design, negotiation, and close. Experienced navigating complex 5- and 6-figure deals and communicating with senior stakeholders. A clear and confident communicator able to simplify technical concepts and speak credibly to executives. Intense competitor with a strong internal drive to win and outperform alternatives. Thrives in high-speed, high-growth environments where excellence, ownership, and urgency are the expectations. Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, Workday, BambooHR, Dayforce, Avionté, etc.) is a strong plus. Curious and comfortable understanding product nuances, integrations, and data flows.
