Sadie integrates with the world’s leading booking engines and POS systems to deliver a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency.  We’re live in over 1,000 restaurants across Canada, the US, UK, Germany, and Australia, and we’re just getting started. The RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team based anywhere in Canada. Preferrably Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of Sadie’s growth—identifying and engaging restaurant prospects across Canada and helping them discover how Sadie can transform their operations.You’ll focus primarily on outbound prospecting, generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives through research, outreach, and persistence. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who thrives on energy, curiosity, and the satisfaction of turning “no” into “tell me more.”What You’ll DoResearch and identify potential restaurant customers across Canada (with a focus on the GTA). Run outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and in-person visits when needed. Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt Sadie. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and develop strategies for target accounts. Maintain detailed activity and pipeline records in the CRM. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals. Represent Sadie with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine understanding of the restaurant industry. What You Bring1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (hospitality experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident on the phone and engaging in person. Grit, resilience, and curiosity—you thrive on learning, experimenting, and improving every day. Comfort with CRM tools and outbound engagement platforms. Passion for restaurants, technology, and helping businesses succeed.
