Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in IT, Public Relations, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years experience as B2B Sales and at least 3 years in relevant industries (training, ITconsulting, or IT products/services)Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targetsAbility to quickly learn and understand IT products and translate them into client valueCustomer-oriented, results-driven, and persistent in achieving targetsExcellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, closing ability, and people skillsFast learner and willing to continuously update knowledge in IT and technology trendsStrong command of the full sales life cycle and ability to manage it independentlyStrong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsProfessional apprearance, responsive, detail-oriented, and well-organizedResponsibilities:Create revenue for Training, Certification, and Consulting Services.Conduct B2B prospecting, canvasing, telemarketing, and arrange appointment meetings to expand theclient database.Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to safeguard the company’s reputation and ensurecustomer satisfaction.Prepare proposals, quotations, and all required sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in CRM, including sales activity, meeting notes, and salesprogress updates.Monitor running projects and ensure smooth after-sales processes through effective coordination with internal teams.
