Nodalview is proudly backed by premium investors from Ghent, London, and Madrid.🎯 Your Mission:As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and convert a large volume of inbound leads (~80%) into customers. It’s a dynamic role where you’ll run multiple demos per day, respond quickly to new opportunities, and consistently push deals over the line.You’ll also support targeted outbound outreach (~20%) to expand your pipeline.We are a high-volume, low-ticket SaaS business, ideal for people who enjoy fast momentum, lots of conversations, and quick, visible wins.If you prefer long, complex enterprise cycles… this won’t be the place (no endless approvals. No 12-month sales cycles.)At Nodalview, you sell to small and medium real estate businesses, speak directly to the decision maker, and see decisions happen in days, not quarters.If you like moving fast, staying active, and seeing your effort translate directly into results, you’ll feel right at home.What you’ll do:High-velocity inbound sales (~80%)Manage a steady flow of inbound leads (content, free trials…).Respond quickly - speed and intensity are key to success.Run multiple product demos daily with energy and conviction.Qualify needs, remove blockers, and close deals rapidly.Targeted outbound (~20%)Follow up with past trial users, warm leads, and lost opportunities.Reactivate opportunities & churned customers with persistence and structured outreach.Drive pipeline with disciplineMaintain clean, up-to-date CRM activity.Manage high deal volume with strong prioritisation.Push deals forward through consistent follow-up and grit.Teamwork & resultsWork closely with Marketing and CS to optimise conversion & retention.Bring ideas, test new tactics, and contribute to team targets.Help build a high-performance sales culture based on effort, impact, and discipline.Who are we looking for? 1–3 years of sales experience (ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or similar) or experience in a fast-paced environment.High work ethic: you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.Strong energy on calls, demos, and customer interactions.Resilience: you handle rejection and bounce back quickly.Team player: sales is individual, but the mindset is collective.Fluent in French, with good command of English (other languages are a plus).Coachable, curious, and eager to get better each week.Clear communication and structured follow-up.You do not need a work visa to work in Belgium.If you’re motivated, proactive, and ready to grow, you’ll thrive here.Want to know if you’d feel at home at Nodalview?
