Account Executive – SaaS SalesLocation: Dubai, UAEPosted by: SELECTED – Middle EastSELECTED is supporting a fast-growing SaaS company in Dubai to appoint an Account Executive to join their expanding commercial team. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing tech business that sells an innovative platform to enterprise clients across the region.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, developing new business, and growing strategic accounts while working closely with senior leadership, product, and customer success teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting to close.Identify, target, and build relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across the GCC.Deliver tailored demos and value-based presentations that clearly articulate product capabilities.Develop a strong understanding of client challenges and position the solution effectively.Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and produce accurate weekly forecasts.Negotiate commercial terms and work closely with legal and finance teams where required.Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and maximise client retention.Keep updated on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.Experience RequiredSaaS, technology, or digital solutions sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.Comfortable managing long sales cycles with enterprise organisations.Experience delivering product demos and presenting to senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.Arabic language skills are highly advantageous but not essential.What’s On OfferOpportunity to join a high-growth SaaS company with an ambitious leadership team.Clear progression path into Senior AE or Sales Manager roles.Competitive compensation structure with attractive commission potential.Modern, collaborative environment with the flexibility and autonomy expected in the tech sector.
