Role Overview: Thrifty Car Rental is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Address customer queries and leads within defined timelines, focusing on lead conversionMeet and exceed sales targets (revenue and volume) through various sales techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Deliver excellent customer service and support.Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and vehicle features.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall goals.Ensure customer service ratings and lead management SLAs are achieved.Actively re-target customers to optimize vehicle utilization.Maintain live updates of customer/lead information in CRM & omni-channel portals.Foster a collaborative work environment and support inter-departmental efficiencies.Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.Assists the Business Development Manager in streamlining workflows, retargeting lost leads, exploring market opportunities, and providing feedback on marketing campaigns.Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar sales role.Strong time management, administrative, and sales acumen.Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing digital sales channels and portals.
