Account Manager - Security/ Alarms – CorkAbout Your New EmployerOne of Ireland’s largest independent security providers with over 40 years of experience are looking for an account manager to join the team in Cork.About Your New JobManage and develop relationships with existing alarm installers to maximize engagement and business growth.Identify, approach, and recruit new alarm installers to expand the network, focusing on residential/domestic sectors.Collaborate with existing installers to enhance sales of monitoring services.Achieve individual and regional sales targets through proactive pipeline management and effective follow-up.Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvement.Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.What Skills You NeedMinimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within a service-oriented industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong commercial awareness and ability.Full, clean driving license required.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary 45k-50k and Bonus/commission package + Car allowanceAttractive benefits package, including opportunities for career development.
