Would you like to work for the company whose products bring happiness to millions of children and adults all over the globe?Working with us gives you a great opportunity to lead and drive the business of the toy retail channels and CVS.No relocation assistance is provided for this roleCore ResponsibilitiesLead the Independent toy specialists (toy retailers) and CVS (convenience stores) to effectively implement the LEGO Group and Business Unit strategies within the account.Develop and implement the Joint Business Plan (JBP), including store management and activation plans for global initiatives, to drive company growth.Manage the business to achieve commercial results aligned with monthly and yearly sales targets.Actively pursue and develop new opportunities, including new retail channel(offline) expansions and the relocation/expansion of LEGO® homesites.Collaborate with external partners and key customers to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.Facilitate channel-specific strategic agendas by working closely with local marketing, operations and field sales teams, as well as APAC and global teams.Serve as the local lead for projects initiated at the local, regional, or global level.Play your part in our team succeedingIndependent toy specialist is an essential part for LEGO® Korea’s sustainable business growth, playing a key role in expanding distribution to reach out to new LEGO® shoppers and consumers. You will lead the charge in achieving this goal by driving performance and developing powerful shopper journeys through store activations, collaborating closely with key customers and internal stakeholdersDo you have what it takes?Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is required.5+ years business management experience in retail or customer management, preferably with fast paced consumer businessExcellent strategic orientation skills with the ability to take a well-rounded perspective seeing the bigger picture to handle the complexities.Cross-functional collaborationAgile and focused approach.Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.Previous experience working for CVS or wholesales, mon&pops retailer will be greatApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
