Job DescriptionThis role has a $60,000 - $85,000 base salary and also includes additional variable commissions (based on performance) which we estimate to be $20,000 - $35,000 per year. That would make the total OTE $80,000 to $120,000 per year.Role DescriptionLiminal Insights is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join a small, collaborative team. This role involves managing both new and existing customer relationships, contributing to sustained revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting clean energy advancement through strategic account engagement in the battery manufacturing and industrial AI sectors.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Build trust through regular engagement, identify evolving customer needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction.Contract Management & Renewal: Negotiate contract terms, manage renewals, and identify upselling opportunities aligned with revenue targets.Problem Solving: Quickly address client concerns and develop effective, timely solutions.Product & Service Introduction: Introduce new solutions and provide training to help customers achieve success with Liminal’s technology.Market & Customer Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic account planning.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, support, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics such as satisfaction scores, renewal rates, and revenue contributions to guide decision-making.RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust speak English and KoreanStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingDemonstrated sales and negotiation skillsProven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsNice to Have10+ years of experience in lithium battery industry or industrial AIAdditional DetailsBonus commissions and compensation to be discussed during the interview processAbout Liminal InsightsLiminal’s mission is to accelerate the clean energy transition by improving the cost, quality, and reliability of battery manufacturing.
