As we prepare for its debut, we’re seeking a strategic commercial and marketing partner to help shape its global rollout.The RoleWe’re hiring a Sales, Strategy & Marketing Lead (or Consultant/Advisor) to develop the go-to-market, sales, and brand growth strategy for our upcoming fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle category.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial experience with an intuitive understanding of brand storytelling and positioning. You’ll work directly with the founders to define our market entry strategy, identify key retail and distributor partners, and design marketing programs that elevate brand awareness and drive sustainable growth.What You’ll DoDevelop a global sales, marketing, and distribution roadmap for a new premium categoryBuild and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and partnership channelsIdentify and secure partnerships with leading retailers, showrooms, and distributorsSupport B2B pricing, terms, and sales/marketing collateralAdvise on rollout strategies across key markets (US, Korea, EU, etc.)Collaborate with the founders to ensure commercial and creative alignmentOffer insights on supply chain, inventory, and compliance as neededWho You Are4+ years in international business development, marketing strategy, or brand partnershipsExperience in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories (premium or luxury segment preferred)Proven track record of scaling early-stage brands and securing high-quality retail partnershipsStrategic thinker with a strong creative and aesthetic sensibilitySkilled at bridging commercial objectives with brand integrity and storytellingPreferredExperience in niche fragrance or prestige beautyExisting buyer, distributor, or press relationships in the US and EuropePassion for design, sensory storytelling, and intentional consumer cultureDeep understanding of how strategy, marketing, and sales intersect in building and scaling a consumer brand.To ApplyPlease send your CV and a short introduction to together@considerbeyond.com.Tell us about your experience with global brand growth — and why this kind of project speaks to you.We’re looking for someone who can help us bring a new kind of ConsiderBeyond story to life — quietly, thoughtfully, and beautifully.
