Across the industry, publishers lose 20–40% of their traffic to adblockers and script blocking but most are not measuring this loss, and almost no one is monetizing it. Ad-Shield solves this problem end-to-end and is rapidly emerging as the category leader.Since our launch in the first half of 2024, we have achieved over USD 10 million (KRW 13 billion) in annual revenue within just one year, powered by a founding team of only 15 and maintaining more than 30% month-over-month growth. Guided by our “Small Team, Big Impact” philosophy, we move fast, think boldly, and operate with strong ownership and exceptional teamwork.## What you will doOwn Client OnboardingSpearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and partners, managing project plans, tracking progress, and proactively solving roadblocks to ensure a swift and successful launch.Understanding Client NeedsAct as the primary point of contact for all operational matters. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and technical workflows to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.Drive Performance & OptimizationMonitor and analyze client performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to help them achieve greater success with our product.Basic Technical TroubleshootingPerform initial technical troubleshooting, review system configurations, and navigate our codebase to investigate issues, effectively translating client needs into actionable tasks for our development team.## QualificationsExceptional CommunicationCrystal-clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional fluency in Korean is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with our development team.Technical AptitudeAble to grasp technical concepts quickly and has strong problem-solving skills.Business AcumenA strong understanding of business operations and the drive to become an expert on our product and clients.Meticulous OrganizationOutstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects effectively.Meticulous OrganizationPrior experience in client-facing roles or positions requiring regular communication with external partners is a plus.
