Job Description

We, at Selecta International, represent leading international cosmetic brands on the Bulgarian market. We approach every brand with immense enthusiasm and are driven to build loyal, long-term relationships with our clients, partners, and suppliers.We are currently looking for an ambitious, and sales-driven professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.Core Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate excellent partnerships with decision-makers at major key accounts.Negotiation: Represent the Company in all negotiations related to the assigned client portfolio.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and growth plans for each key account.Promotional Execution: Execute and refine promotional activities in collaboration with clients.Performance Optimization: Proactively drive sales growth and maximize profitability within the assigned role.Solution-Oriented Approach: Ensure successful outcomes that align with both Company goals and client needs.Investment Tracking: Monitor client investments and trade terms in accordance with Company policy and targets.Campaign Management: Organize and coordinate promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost market presence.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Department to forecast promotional activities and sales targets.Issue Resolution: Take full responsibility for resolving client-related cases and situations, including non-commercial matters.Budget Management: Ensure the delivery of agreed budgets and financial targets.Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities through active dialogue with management, marketing, and clients.Requirements:Education: University degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred).Mindset: Strategic thinking and an analytical approach to managing client portfolios.Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.Drive: Results-oriented with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth.Language: Good command of English (written and spoken).Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the country.What We Offer:Professional Growth: The opportunity to be part of a team working with world-renowned cosmetic brands.Culture: A friendly, young, and dynamic team with open communication and a high-synergy atmosphere.Development: Access to specialized professional training.Environment: A cozy office in a prime business location in Sofia.Benefits:Company car;Multisport card;Additional health insurance.
