French-Speaking B2B Sales Representative – Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid/Remote)IntroductionA global leader in digital technology and services is looking for a driven French-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join their high-performing team in Sofia. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your sales career within a dynamic, multicultural environment that values professional development and creative thinking.ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel.Conduct proactive outreach to business clients via phone, email, video, and social media.Identify key decision-makers within target organizations using professional research tools.Guide prospects through the customer journey, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team.Maintain and progress a healthy sales pipeline while accurately documenting all interactions in Salesforce CRM.Review and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to ensure target achievement.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a culture of excellence and high client satisfaction.RequirementsNative or near-native fluency in French and a strong professional command of English.At least 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the tech or digital advertising sectors.Proven ability to identify high-potential business opportunities and grow customer investment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly preferred.Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Must hold an EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with an attractive performance-based bonus scheme.Comprehensive relocation package for those moving to Bulgaria, including flight reimbursement and accommodation support.Flexible work model with hybrid options (combining office presence and remote work).Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Weekends off).Additional medical insurance, including full health and dental coverage.Fully paid initial training and continuous upskilling through an internal corporate university.Monthly allowances for transportation and internet, plus a Multisport card.Bonuses for significant life events and a supportive well-being program.Are you ready to take your sales expertise to a global stage in one of Europes most vibrant capitals?
