Join Happydemics and take a leading role in driving the success and growth of our key clients across the Asia-Pacific region. In this high-impact position, you will work with major global brands, top media agencies, and influential ad-tech players to ensure every activation delivers meaningful business outcomes.As a strategic partner, you will bridge client needs with the full capabilities of our platform, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Insights teams. Your mission is to strengthen long-term relationships, unlock new opportunities, and turn every campaign into a success story.MissionEnsure the success, retention, and growth of Happydemics’ strategic APAC accounts. You will drive adoption of our solutions, expand existing partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.Strategic account development: Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow their business with Happydemics.Account growth and upselling: Identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts and execute effective upsell and cross-sell strategies.Territorial expansion: Support Happydemics’ expansion across APAC by helping clients scale internationally and opening new market opportunities.Closing major deals: Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with a strategic, consultative approach.Client relationship management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions in partnership with the VP of Sales APAC.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery, strong client engagement, and consistently high satisfaction.RequirementsExperience – 5+ years in sales within DSPs, AdTech, or digital advertising – Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication (or equivalent experience) – International experience is a plusSkills – Proven expertise in enterprise sales and complex deal cycles – Strong knowledge of programmatic (DSPs, SSPs, data-driven marketing) – Ability to develop and grow high-value accounts – Comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders – Data-driven, able to use insights to inform strategy – Highly autonomous, organized, able to manage multi-market projects – Strong negotiation and communication skills – Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)Mindset – Clear, empathetic communicator who builds trust – Reliable, curious, humble – Growth mindset: coachable, ambitious, eager to improve – Thrives in fast-paced, start-up environments – Motivated to help position Happydemics as the leading Brand Lift Solution in APACCareer development and growth: You’ll be joining at an early stage of our APAC growth, with strong potential to shape regional processes and grow into a leadership role as the team expands.What We Offer Competitive salary: range USD$65-80k Office at 21 Collyer Quay (Raffles)25 days of annual leaveHealth InsuranceCPF contributions (for Singapore Citizens & PRs)One Annual Summit (destination TBC) where the entire team gathers and reconnectsA dynamic, fast-growing environment with opportunities for learning and progression
